Lead Data Scientist - Gen AI

The Lead Data Scientist – Gen AI is a key hands-on builder responsible for shaping and delivering complex, platform centric AI solutions across design, development, and deployment stages. This role requires leveraging substantial experience to build robust, scalable, and cutting-edge AI products, with a focus on agentic systems and advanced evaluation.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Build and optimize advanced AI solutions, including multi-agent workflows, using frameworks such as LangChain and Google ADK.
+ Design and implement robust governance and evaluation frameworks using platforms like LangFuse to ensure agentic AI systems are secure, reliable, and traceable.
+ Partner with Product teams to translate product vision into concrete technical implementation plans.
+ Specialization in marketing, risk, digital and AML fields possible
