Lead Demand Planner

You will report directly to our **Director Planning COE** and you’ll work out of our Houston, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Rosemont, IL location on a **Hybrid** work schedule.


In this role, you will impact the efficiency of our demand planning operations, ensuring that we meet customer demands while optimizing inventory levels and enhancing overall supply chain performance.


**Key Responsibilities: Center of Excellence role supporting Process Technology planning -**


+ Support S4 Hana and new advanced planning system migration as SME, Trainer, UAT lead, and post go live support for demand planning
+ Lead improvements and standardization projects for PT demand planning
+ Assist demand planners globally with skills development and troubleshooting
+ Drive improvements in demand planning metrics
+ Lead data analysis of planning data using Excel and other tools
