Lead Design Engineer

Overview

Lead ASIC Design Specialist (Engineer) to own the design and delivery of high-performance ICs for next-generation optical interconnect systems. Hands-on technical leadership for analog, RF, and mixed-signal design operating at architecture and transistor level. Lead a team of designers, drive execution from concept through silicon, and integrate electronic and photonic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and transistor-level design of advanced ASICs across analog, RF, and mixed-signal domains.
• Own end-to-end development: specification, design, verification, tape-out, and silicon bring-up.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing circuit design team.
• Drive design reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure first-pass silicon success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with system, photonics, packaging, and product teams.
