Lead - Development

Role Summary : We are looking for a .NET Software Developer who will design, build, and own scalable, cloud-native microservices using the latest .NET Core ecosystem. You will drive technical strategy across cross-functional squads, establish patterns and guardrails for Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS, and mentor engineers to elevate the entire team's craft. Key Responsibilities : 1. Architecture & Design Having exposure on microservices built on latest .NET Core ecosystem, Clean Architecture, and DDD. Architect event-sourcing strategies with Marten and Apache Kafka, including topic design, consumer group topology, and schema registry governance. Having understanding on resilience patterns retry, circuit breaker. 2. Development & Implementation Lead development of RESTful, GraphQL and gRPC APIs using ASP.NET Core Minimal APIs and controllers.
