Lead DevOps Engineer / DevOps Team Lead

We’re supporting a global consultancy business delivering technology and digital solutions into the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, and are looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to take ownership of their DevOps capability.

This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on improving engineering velocity, scalability, reliability and security across cloud infrastructure and software delivery. You’ll lead DevOps strategy and best practice whilst remaining technically involved in Azure infrastructure, Kubernetes environments and CI/CD automation.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product and wider business teams to help drive a strong DevOps and shift-left culture across the organisation.
