We are recruiting on behalf of a consultancy client seeking a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to establish and grow their DevSecOps capability. This role will play a key part in shaping processes, tooling, and best practices, while working closely with delivery teams to embed security and automation across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and rollout of the DevSecOps function across teams and projects
Define standards, workflows, and governance for secure software delivery
Work closely with engineering, security, and delivery teams to drive adoption
