Lead Engineer, Datacenter Industrialization

**What you’ll do:**

A Lead Engineer in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team acts as a catalyst for operational excellence, leveraging digitalization, process optimization, and structured governance to deliver sustainable growth and world-class manufacturing performance targeting focus plants. This role drives flawless industrialization and stabilization of production for Engineer-to-order (ETO) electrical assemblies (switchboards, LV / MV Switchgears, Bussways). Additionally, the engineer leads setup, validation, and stabilization of production lines (PTR/PPAP), orchestrates cross-functional execution on the shop floor, supports embedding of MES/ERP/SIOP systems, and standardizes work to lift Hi5 metrics (CONC, OTD, DOH, Flex Productivity, TRCR).
