As a full-time, on-site position reporting directly to the Assistant Plant Manager or another designated individual for the Patio Doors department, the Doors Department Leadhand is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the door production area, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards. This role provides hands‑on leadership, supports team members, and coordinates production activities to meet schedules and performance targets.
