- Lead and manage a team of mechanical design engineers to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to support team performance and development
- Engage with clients to understand project requirements and align engineering outputs accordingly
- Plan, allocate, and optimise engineering resources across multiple projects
- Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved and deviations are communicated proactively
- Lead internal and external design reviews to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
