Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to own the transition of complex electromechanical, electronic, and fluidics-based products from design into stable, scalable manufacturing environments. In this high‑impact role, you will lead DVT/PVT build readiness; establish robust traceability, configuration control, and documentation systems; and guide cross-functional teams through the challenges of stabilizing high-density, high‑complexity assemblies.

You will collaborate closely with Design Engineering, customers, manufacturing sites, Test Engineering, and Business Unit leadership to ensure NPI builds meet schedule, quality, and performance expectations. You will help mature products from restri...
