Job Description

As a Lead Project Controls Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling informed project delivery decision‑making on some of WSP’s most complex and high‑impact projects. By providing clear visibility into cost, schedule, and financial performance you will help project teams manage risk, maintain control, and deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain robust project cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cashflow projections to support effective project delivery.
• Monitor project performance against approved cost and schedule baselines, ensuring early visibility of risks and trends.
• Identify, analyze, and clearly communicate cost and schedule variances to support proactive decision‑making.
• Support initial project risk assessments and contingency planning activities for complex or high‑risk projects.
