We are seeking a hands-on expert to drive the evolution of our digital ecosystem and mentor a talented team. You will be a key partner to the IT Director, shaping our future technical roadmap and making the decisions that will define our success for years to come.
What You'll Achieve in Your First 12-18 Months:
Take technical ownership of our core engagement platform (currently centered on Salesforce), improving its performance, scalability, and integration capabilities for our 20+ global markets.
Lead the evaluation and proof-of-concept for new technologies that will form the foundation of our next-generation architecture.
