Lead ServiceNow Developer

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a highly experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to join one of our largest banking clients on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be required to come into the office in downtown Toronto 3x a week and will own, expand, and mature the ServiceNow platform, which has become a critical system of record across the organization. This role requires a senior-level technical leader who can bridge deep technical expertise with business needs, lead and mentor junior team members, and ensure the platform is scalable, auditable, well-documented, and highly integrated—particularly across cloud environments.

This individual will play a key role in evolving ServiceNow from a traditional workflow tool into a robust, enterprise-grade platform supporting reporting, audit, integrations, automation, and operational excellence.
