This role reports to the Head of Core Value Streams within Enterprise Tech (ET). You’ll lead software development and integrations and set the strategic direction for software engineering in ET. Leads build capability, foster technical excellence, and support career growth across the team.

Key responsibilities
Scope of delivery & technical leadership: lead the delivery and maintenance of applications and integrations supporting Group Functions and Business Units, providing hands-on technical leadership where needed (POCs, technical spikes, advisory work).
