A client of Insight Global’s is looking to hire a Lead Software Engineer to drive technical excellence, mentor team members, and support the success of our software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in software architecture, development, and Agile methodologies is essential, along with the ability to design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions. Applicants should have experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, Cloud, DevOps, Automation, Agile methodologies, software architecture, and design. The role is hybrid/onsite in the Tampa Bay area.
