Lead System Analyst, Systems Engineering

The **Lead System Analyst** is responsible for identifying, defining, and analysing complex systems across the continuum of care. This role focuses on understanding how people, processes, data, and systems work together across patient pathways (from referral through treatment and follow-up) and designing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, scalability, and performance.

The position requires strong analytical thinking, systems design, and practical delivery capability, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
