Lead System Support Engineer - CREQ195578 Description Candidate should have hands on experience in handling windows/MAC OS and laptops Hands on experience in rolling out windows updates. Should have experience in handling IT incidents and service requests organization Should be capable to handle IT change requests including migration of on prem to cloud.
