Searchability is looking for a Lead Test Engineer / Principal SDET to join a major digital transformation programme. The role involves defining an automation-first testing strategy across engineering teams, designing automated testing frameworks, and improving engineering quality practices. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation testing using Java and familiarity with microservices. This position is full-time on-site with flexibility across Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, or Newcastle and offers £640 per day for an initial 12-month contract.
