Lead Web Developer – Norfolk – Salary Negotiable (Remtote / Flexible Working)
Our client, a specialist business in Digital are recruiting for an experienced Technical Lead / Lead Web Developer to oversee and manage their team of remote developers whilst growing their interesting portfolio of professional related web properties.
As Technical Lead, you will be required to:
Play an integral role within the business management team.
Lead weekly scrums and oversee deployments.
Mentor their team of remote engineers, while also being hands-on with coding
Ensure the team keeps focus on the sprint goals (e.g., by acting as a buffer between external distractions and the team) to deliver the work committed to in the sprints.
Work with Product Owners and other key stakeholders to refine and prioritise project backlogs.
Attend regular stand ups and stakeholder meetings.
