Lean Manufacturing Engineer

Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives and engineering changes. Focus on supporting manufacturing processes, electrical systems, and tool specifications in assigned cells.

In this role, you will report directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor. Collaborating effectively in team settings and facilitating daily operations will be crucial for driving results. You will manage engineering updates, evaluate standards, and assess production methodologies to ensure efficiency in manufacturing processes while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: • Support all aspects of manufacturing engineering tasks • Facilitate lean initiatives like 5S and value stream mapping • Review and implement Engineering Change Notifications • Specify tools and assist in equipment upgrades • Maintain logs and updates on manufacturing activities
