Learning Assistant

Cire Services seeks to appoint an experienced Learning Assistant to join our dedicated team at Yarra Junction Community School. This role is instrumental in fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments and will suit someone who enjoys working closely with learners from diverse backgrounds and thrives in a collaborative, community-focused setting. The position is offered on a four-day-per-week basis, working 8:30am to 4:00pm, providing a balanced and flexible work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support educators in the delivery of tailored learning programs
• Assist students with classroom activities, promoting engagement and participation
• Help prepare learning materials and maintain a safe, respectful learning space
• Provide individualised support to students with varying needs
• Contribute to the wellbeing and development of students in alignment with Cire’s values
