Role Description

Objective
This internship is designed for students looking to gain hands-on experience in global Learning & Development. The role will support mandatory training campaigns, learning platform administration, digital content updates, translations, reports, and learning-related support requests, helping ensure a consistent learning experience for employees across different regions.
Main Responsibilities
Support global mandatory training campaigns related to Compliance, Cybersecurity, D&I, and HSE.

Help manage training assignments and follow up on completion progress across different regions.

Prepare weekly reports to share training status and progress with internal stakeholders.

Coordinate the translation process for global digital learning content with regional reviewers.

Help update online learning materials, such as courses, videos, guides, policy documents, and onboarding content.
