Learning & Development Lead, Smartvatten Academy

Smartvatten is Europe’s leading SaaS platform for data-driven water management, designed for both real estate portfolios and water utilities. We are now looking for a Learning & Development Lead to join our team in Espoo, Finland or Larvik, Norway and take ownership of leading Smartvatten Academy content, developing impactful learning solutions that support both our people and our business growth.
