Job Description

RBC offers an exciting role as a Learning Enablement Manager with our APAC Learning Squad. As a hybrid role, the successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and promoting Agile principles, practices, and values within our team, as well as learning co‑coordination across the APAC region.

The Learning Enablement Manager works as a core member of the APAC Learning Squad, partnering with HR/Talent Integration Partners as required. The role will enable execution of Learning initiatives for APAC cross‑platform business teams through effective implementation of agile frameworks to remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery of high‑quality solutions.
