We are seeking a dynamic and learner-focused Sales Executive to drive enrolments for E&ICT Academy, IIT Kanpur’s educational offerings. The ideal candidate will proactively engage prospective students, guide them towards the right courses, and ensure a high standard of service throughout their journey.

• Daily Engagement: Achieve daily communication targets by making outbound calls to assigned leads and ensuring consistent follow-ups.
• Course Guidance: Understand student requirements and assist them in choosing the most suitable IFACET courses/programs based on their goals and background.
• Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and act on opportunities to recommend additional or alternative programs that add value to the learner’s experience.
