As a member of the Talent Centre of Excellence, you'll report to the Senior Manager of Global Learning and engage in the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs. Collaborating with HR partners, you will translate business needs into effective learning interventions that support diverse client bases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop large-scale training programs across functions
• Partner with SMEs to craft engaging learning paths
• Measure program effectiveness through detailed analysis
• Create communication strategies for program launch
• Manage logistics for training sessions and feedback collection

Requirements:
• Proficiency in tools like Camtasia and iSpring
• Advanced knowledge in Google Workspace is a plus
