SENCare Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work for a specialist school which is based in Cranleigh to start ASAP.

Job Description As a Learning Support Assistant, your role is to create a supportive, inclusive learning environment where pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Working with teachers and the therapy team, you’ll provide tailored support for a specific tutor group during lessons and transitions between classes.

Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and encourage their engagement and confidence in learning.

Understand each pupil's ‘Pupil Passport’ and collaborate with teachers to implement strategies aligned with EHCPs.
