The ideal candidate for the role of Learning Support Assistant must be able to communicate effectively with young people, be confident, committed and calm. A desire to work with young people and be part of a team is essential.

This Learning support assistant role in Windsor may include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

* Supporting children’s behaviour for learning in the classroom.
* Helping children with their understanding of the teacher’s instructions.
* Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department.
* Keeping track and recording pupil progress.
