LEARNING SUPPORT TUTOR – THURROCK
Prospero Teaching is seeking a committed SEND Tutor to deliver personalised 1:1 tuition to pupils in or around Thurrock who have additional learning and behavioural needs.

In this role, you will create and deliver bespoke lessons aimed at bridging learning gaps, boosting confidence, and helping students reconnect with education. Many of the pupils you support may have been away from mainstream education for some time, so a patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver tailored one-to-one or small group tuition sessions based on each student’s individual needs

Provide support in core subjects including Maths, English, and Science

Encourage confidence, independence, and effective study habits

Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/carers where required
