As Learning Systems Lead you will support the integration and optimisation of learning technologies and systems to meet regulatory, compliance, and scientific training needs. You will partner with site and global teams to harness data analytics, assess training effectiveness, and inform continuous improvement, while supporting the adoption of innovative digital learning solutions. This role ensures that learning and development initiatives are measurable, adaptive, and aligned with both site and global standards.
