Learning & Talent Development Lead

JOB SUMMARY:

A Talent Development Learning Partner is responsible for creating and executing learning strategies and programs focused on building holistic capability with major focus on ITrelated technical capability to support Novare’s vision to be one of Asia's foremost digital transformation enablers, empowering human potential & accelerating success for enterprises. This role collaborates with the leaders from various departments in addressing technical and functional learning needs to ensure each employee is ready for project deployment, up-skilled for innovation, and prepared for career advancement.

S/he manages and leads the creation and development of training materials, implementation of training programs, learning intervention, and success measurement. This includes monitoring the technical training budget and maintaining relationships with training vendors and consultants.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
