Lease Manager

Our client, a leading retail company, is looking for a Lease Manager (sales market) responsible for the management of the store portfolio in the Iberian region (Spain and Portugal).

Key Responsibilities:

• Enabling long-term growth by finding top locations for new stores.
• Obtaining the best possible deals by negotiating lease contracts with property owners.
• Optimizing the existing portfolio through lease actions for existing stores (renegotiations, rebuilds, extensions, and terminations).
• Working in close collaboration with the Expansion Manager to set and implement the strategy in your market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Real Estate, Business/Economics, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in leasing, controlling, and/or real estate, preferably within the retail industry.
