Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Legal Counsel who is passionate about technology, law, and continuous growth, to reinforce our Legal function during a high-growth phase. Reporting to the VP Legal, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across the company, providing practical, business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Semidynamics is currently executing a Series A round and a parallel venture debt process. Legal plays a central role in both, alongside ongoing work on commercial contracts, intellectual property, export compliance, and corporate matters. You will partner with the VP Legal on the full range, with autonomy to own significant matters end to end.

This is a hands-on role for someone who brings a digital mindset, enjoys ownership, and is comfortable using AI tools to scale their own productivity in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
