Role Description

Later is searching for a brilliant legal mind to join its small but mighty legal team. Reporting to the VP, Legal, this is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of a scaling in-house legal department. The ideal candidate will be a business person first and a lawyer second, with a proactive and practical approach to problem solving. We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also able to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
Provide practical legal advice on a wide range of legal issues impacting the company, including commercial contracting, intellectual property, employment, privacy, product development, and marketing
Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to review, interpret, draft, revise, and negotiate customer contracts within acceptable risk tolerance and company guidelines
