Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a law firm or legal department

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Proficiency with legal software Primafact, Filevine, PC Law, etc.—depending on the firm)

Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a new team

Professional communication skills and discretion
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and legal support to lawyers and/or clerks

Draft, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence

Organize and maintain legal files and records

Manage scheduling, deadlines, and court dates

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court offices as required
