Implementing and adjusting internal platform (Zoho/Deluge language) or HTML/Python according to the business’s requirement and better user's journey.
Optimizing the driver and merchant product platform funnel from registration to signup success rate.
Providing business analysis and recommending business operations to support strategic decision-making regarding business or product development and improvement.
Assisting in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.
Resolving issues with Support on all zen desk tickets (complaint issues).
Being able to understand complex entity types and business structures in the local context.
Handling various process improvement initiatives.
