Licensed Practical Nurse - Casual

Using collaborative nursing practices, the LPN will deliver consistent clinical practice to meet the needs of the Resident (Elder, Patient, Participant or Client) and family in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. You will play a key role in providing leadership to the Health Care Aide team through building relationships and trust, creating an empowering work environment, supporting the integration of knowledge, and by leading and sustaining change. Utilizing nursing processes, critical thinking, problem solving and leadership skills to provide clinical supervision of restricted activities or routine activities of daily living (ADL) performed by the HCAs and care as required. You will perform other related duties as assigned.
