Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part-Time / Casual

Reports to: Manager of Clinical Centre

Salary Range: $32.00-$36.00 per hour

Shifts: Monday to Friday (Morning shifts), Weekends as needed

Your Day to Day:
Safely deliver medications to patient homes within New Westminster and South Surrey

Assist with medication administration (oral meds, inhalers, patches, insulin, 

Assess and monitor patient medication response

Administer vaccinations and provide medical device teachings

Ensure clear and concise documentation of patient care

Maintain regular communication with pharmacists...
