A highly respected Vancouver-based litigation boutique is seeking a mid-level associate (4–6 years call) to join its growing team.

This firm focuses exclusively on business disputes and is looking for a lawyer who can step into active files immediately and take ownership—this is not a training role.

The Role

You will work on complex, high-stakes litigation matters, including:

• Contractual disputes
• Shareholder disputes
• Oppression and derivative proceedings
• Property-related disputes

This is a hands-on role requiring “boots on the ground” litigation experience , including managing files, attending court, and driving matters forward with minimal supervision.
