Litigation Associate

A law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Litigation department. This role supports a broad range of commercial litigation matters and is ideal for a lawyer with strong advocacy, drafting, and file management skills who is looking to continue building a sophisticated litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial litigation files from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motion materials, correspondence, and other litigation documents
• Attend court appearances, discoveries, mediations, and hearings
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on litigation matters
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Assist with preparing cases for trial, including organizing evidence and coordinating witnesses
