This is a job posting for online jobs where you get paid to chat with customers on a business’s social media account. These are remote positions, meaning you log in online to do the work, and all you need is basic English skills and a reliable internet connection. What you will be doing: Live Chat workers are assigned a business that they are working with and your job is to log in to their social media account each day and reply to messages that are sent to the account from customers (or potential customers). You will be given full training on how to do the job and what to say to all the most commonly asked questions.
