Job Description

As a Live Designer, you will report to the Live Producer and design and manage live events and offers while maintaining game balance mechanics across our mobile games.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Plan and follow game balancing mechanics across the Hungry Shark brand.
• Plan and set up in‑game offers and events.
• Understand and apply KPI targets to construct appropriate balancings.
• Analyze multiple A/B tests to make data‑driven decisions.
• Build and constantly update a balancing Best practice module for future games.
