LMW COORDINATOR

2–4 years in LMW compliance, customs liaison, or logistics coordination.

Experience in a manufacturing or export-oriented environment (preferably precision engineering or similar) is highly desirable.

Other Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with ERP/WMS systems.

Strong working knowledge of Malaysia Customs regulations, LMW guidelines, import/export procedures, and Shipping Incoterms.

Ability to interpret tariff codes and manage duty exemption applications.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines.

Good communication and negotiation skills for liaising with authorities (Customs, MIDA, MITI).

Problem-solving mindset to support business expansion and process improvements.
