Key Responsibilities

+ Operate a front-end loader to load haul trucks with overburden, ore, or aggregate material

+ Maintain consistent production rates while minimizing spillage and rework

+ Ensure proper loading techniques to maximize efficiency and equipment longevity

+ Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections of equipment

+ Identify and report mechanical issues or unsafe conditions
