Loan Facilitation Intern

Role Overview:

The intern will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end loan facilitation process at assigned educational institute partners. The role involves direct customer interaction, clear communication of loan-related policies, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers at assigned educational institute partners.

- Explain the loan process in detail, including EMI debit schedules, loan closure procedures, and

cancellation policies.

- Complete the end-to-end loan processing for customers in an accurate and timely manner.

- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the loan journey.
