Loan Operations Analyst (Project Hire)

Role Overview:

The Loan Operations Analyst is responsible to perform and support operational

requirements for the Bank’s loan products, while meeting operational standards with a high

degree of accuracy and compliance to bank regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the recovery of collection fees through accurate processing and post-validation of accounts, facilitating the endorsement of validated accounts to the Loan Operations Lead for review and approval, and ensuring that account maintenance changes related to the repay method are properly reverted and restored to their original set up.
• Monitor and collaborate with different internal and external units for inquiries and investigation.
