Loan Restructure Specialist

The Role

We’re looking for a highly analytical and empathetic Loan Restructure Specialist to support homeowners experiencing financial difficulty and help them remain in their homes. In this role, you will assess complex mortgage delinquency situations, evaluate restructuring/collections solutions, and make recommendations that balance the needs of homeowners, lenders, and insurers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assess complex delinquent mortgage situations and determine sustainable restructuring options
• Engage with homeowners to understand financial circumstances, gather information, and provide clear guidance through available solutions
• Analyze financial, property, and credit information to develop recommendations aligned with lender, investor, and insurer requirements
• Present and coordinate restructuring recommendations with internal and external stakeholders to secure approvals and progress resolutions
