Lock Desk Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Lock Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage rate lock requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process mortgage rate lock requests
• Update and monitor loan pricing and rate changes
• Track and manage lock expirations within the pipeline
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all lock-related activities
• Support the Lock Desk Manager with daily operations and projects
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams to meet deadlines
• Ensure timely execution to meet customer and operational expectations
