Logistic Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive International Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accommodation, daily transport, and flights for our agency workers. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to ensure that both our suppliers and candidates are satisfied with their arrangements.

Key Responsibilities: Accommodation Management: Source and secure suitable accommodation for agency workers. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all provided accommodations. Handle any issues or emergencies related to accommodations promptly and effectively.

Transport Coordination: Arrange daily transport for agency workers to and from their work sites. Manage the scheduling and logistics of all transportation needs. Maintain and ensure the availability of transport resources.
