The Logistics Associate is an on-site member of the Logistics Team located in a Local Distribution Center (LDC) or an Operational Service Center (OSC). The role directly supports customers and patients through scheduling, preparing, and ensuring delivery of instruments and implant sets for surgery. Critical to success is working knowledge of company products, operating system, and medical procedures. This position is measured against performance to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 11 am - 7 pm.
What will you be doing?
Pick, check, scan, pack and ship customer orders for direct sale, loan and consignment deployment. Receive loan orders, capital equipment orders, stock orders, and return orders as applicable, matching to applicable documentation.
